CarePro Home Infusion--Cedar Rapids has an immediate opening for a part time Delivery Driver to join our team!
In this role, you will deliver medications and supplies to patients using a company vehicle, ensuring timely service while adhering to compliance and privacy guidelines. You will also maintain a clean and well-kept vehicle, and practice safe driving at all times.
This part-time opportunity is scheduled for 12 pm to 5 pm Monday thru Friday (approx. 25 hours per week).

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver equipment, supplies and medications to Company patients according to a schedule
- Assemble coolers for shipment
- Package and ship products via UPS or FedEx
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate Company vehicle
- Follow Company, State, and Federal compliance guidelines for the safe handling and delivery of medical equipment, supplies and medicine
- Maintain a log of all deliveries attempted or made, obtain a signature from an authorized individual when making deliveries, and promptly submit all delivery tickets
- Submit documentation regarding discrepancies, complaints, or service requests to the appropriate staff person within the required time frame
- Assist with functional testing of IV pumps
- Maintain accurate records of completed and scheduled vehicle maintenance
- Clean dirty coolers and other equipment
- Maintain neat, clean and safe Company vehicle
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures regarding safety, security and patient confidentiality
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality according to assigned schedule
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must possess valid driver's license and be insurable
- Proven working experience as a delivery driver
- Clean driving record and knowledge of local and regional service areas
- Ability to read maps and/or use available resources to locate delivery addresses
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary
Post offer, pre-employment background checks, reference checks, drug screen and physical agility test and TB test required.
