Branch Manager Davenport

Kelly’s Home Medical--Davenport, a division of CarePro Health Services, is seeking an experienced, reliable, and results-driven Branch Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and coordination of clinical and non-clinical staff within the branch as well as for working with client accounts, assisting with intake processes, handling escalated inquiries and complaints, and providing coverage in other positions when necessary.

This position is scheduled 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Our ideal candidate will be dependable and seeking long-term employment, possess strong organizational and administrative skills and be able to manage a team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Direct and supervise the DME, respiratory therapy, and clerical support staff within the store
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff
  • Encourage and develop professional growth opportunities for employees
  • Manage the work of employees by assigning incomplete tasks, communicating job expectations, reviewing, and appraising performance
  • Conduct evaluations of employees in order to identify areas of needed improvement
  • Assist patients/customers in selecting equipment and supplies to meet their medical needs, and provide adjustments, training, and demonstrations on proper equipment use as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services
  • Oversee store administration and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
  • Act as the liaison with other CarePro locations
  • Represent CarePro and Kelly’s within the community to enhance public relations, coordinate activities and promote health programs
  • Support other department managers within CarePro Home Medical
  • Address escalated inquiries and complaints from customers and vendors
  • Fill in for other roles as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role and/or retail management experience
  • College degree preferred; or one (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of home medical equipment and respiratory services, Medicare rules and insurance reimbursement
  • Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet skills required
  • Effectively use interpersonal and communication skills with tact and diplomacy within all levels of the organization
