On-Site Personal Training
CarePro Health Risk Management has the ability to provide personal training through sessions designed to motivate all types of employees to get active and educate employees on correct program design, proper lifting form, and introduction of new exercise options and address workout scheduling barriers. This program will benefit any employer with an employee base leading sedentary lifestyles and needing motivation for daily exercise.
CarePro's Goal:
- Help educate employees about physical activity options.
- Increase usage and decrease the chance of injury in on-site fitness facilities.
- Help the employee create a workout schedule and provide support.
A recent study estimated the national cost of obesity at $75 billion in 2003; in Iowa, the cost was $783 million. (Finkelstein, Fiebelkorn, & Wang, 2004)
Three CarePro Health Risk Management On-Site Personal Training Program Options:
- Company without access to On-Site Fitness Equipment- includes two one-on-one visit consultations (20 minutes) between the employee and CarePro Personal Trainer and three small group program design sessions targeted to help educate employees on cardio, strength training and at home program design.
8 Week Program - Company with access to On-Site Fitness Equipment- includes two one-on-one gym visit consultations (20 minutes) between the employee and CarePro Personal Trainer, three small group program design sessions targeted to help educate employees on cardio, strength training and flexibility program design.
8 Week Program - Staffed CarePro Personal Trainer- a CarePro Personal Trainer will be staffed in the employer's on-site fitness center for a minimum of 5 hours a week to help employees with new workout ideas and updating program designs.
