Corporate Office – Technical Support Specialist
A full-time position is available within the IT department of the corporate office. Responsibilities include installation and testing of PCs, detecting and fixing performance issues, diagnosis of hardware-related problems and PC repair. Troubleshooting, maintaining or repairing all peripherals, maintaining multiple software that is installed on desktops or laptops.
An associate degree in a computer-related field or its equivalent, experience with operating systems and networking preferred. Certifications are a plus. A highly successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving, organization/time management skills and an interest in developing efficient process as well as researching & implementing the latest developments in hardware and software . Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
