Plating for Plates
At CarePro, we know the importance of healthy meals and good nutrition. That�s why our Plating for Plates initiative is one of our favorites.
For every run scored by the Cedar Rapids Kernels, CarePro Health Services donates $5 to Horizons Meals on Wheels program. Those runs �plated� by the Kernels has made it possible for many of our area�s homebound citizens to live independently, enjoy nutritional, hot-cooked meals and receive the emotional and social support that we all need.
